New Weather – Snowy and drizzly last night, shitty and cold today. I turned on the news his morning, and the newscaster said, “No school… cancellations today!” My ears perked for a sec, but we all know they don’t cancel college… at least not big ones.
New Music – I found a great new band, once again courtesy of somafm. The band is Mates of State, and the music is a pretty chill indie sound. A guy and girl plus a lot of keyboard, something you don’t hear used consistenly with most bands. They’re good. I’d recommend DLing Funeral Song or Invitation Inn for a taste of their songs.
